Take a restorative pause on Monday evening to calm your mind, release tension, and prepare for a balanced week.
You will be guided through Yoga Nidra, a meditative practice often called “yogic sleep.” This practice gently moves you into a deeply restful, parasympathetic state where healing, clarity, and renewal naturally occur. The meditation is practiced lying down in complete stillness and does not involve physical movement.
The meditation is supported by the soothing tones of crystal sound bowls. These instruments are known for their ability to shift brainwave states, ease tension, and balance the nervous system through sound frequency. Together, vibration and stillness create a space for deep restoration and reset.
What to Expect:
Each guest is provided with a memory foam bed, bolster, blanket, and eye pillow to support a deeply restful experience.

Join us in person at Shiralign | The Sleep Studio in Paradise Valley for this deeply restorative guided Yoga Nidra and crystal sound bowl session. Includes use of a memory foam bed, bolster, blanket, and eye pillow for complete comfort. 📍 The studio address will be shared after registration. Please bring water and any additional comfort items if you prefer your own.

Enjoy the full class experience from home with one-week access to the recorded session. The audio is captured live during the class and includes guided Yoga Nidra and crystal sound bowl frequencies.
