Our Studio & Rooftop Sanctuary
Located in Paradise Valley, Arizona, Shiralign | The Sleep Studio is an intimate, intentionally curated space for deep rest and nervous system reset. Nestled under the desert sky, our rooftop deck overlooks the stunning Camelback Mountain—an energizing, peaceful setting for private sound healing and Yoga Nidra sessions, especially magical at sunset. The indoor studio offers a cozy, grounded space ideal for 1:1 and small group sessions (up to 12), perfect for year-round relaxation.

How to Book
To request a private session, simply click on the session type that speaks to you, choose your preferred day and time, and click Request a Session. Because our studio is a private space, your booking will be confirmed via email, along with the location and session details.
